Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Miami, FL office. The Real Estate Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including mortgage loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases. The candidate must possess exceptional academic credentials and be admitted to practice law (or eligible to obtain admission promptly) in Florida.
