The Logistics Team Coordinator is an integral part of the InProduction Inventory Operations Team. This position is directly responsible for overseeing and facilitating the movement and tracking of equipment between job locations and yards. This position is accountable for accurately loading trucks, providing inventory lists, and verifying the shipment of equipment. When onsite at a job, they are responsible for all equipment once it is returned to the storage compound.This position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to configure tractor trailer loads. It requires knowledge and experience to load trucks within DOT regulations, ensuring all material is balanced, does not exceed load weight restrictions, and is loaded safely for transportation. This position will require traveling throughout the United States.This role is a very high traveling position. The candidate should be able to travel and be away from home for up to 90 days at a time. InProduction arranges and pays for all travel. This position comes with a $40 daily per-diem.Maintain proper inventory of all equipment in the compound.Maintain cleanliness of the compound.Provide compound lists to operations daily.Load trucks, per provided load lists.Utilize Sports to confirm all requested equipment has been loaded on a truck.Upload pictures into SPORTS for all loaded trucks; a minimum of 2 pictures, 1 of each side, are required.Verify that the correct load is loaded on the right truck; ensure each truck has an assigned load number and the carrier is verified against the BOL.Communicate with operations on any deviations or shortages from requested load lists.Ensure that equipment is sorted and banded prior to loading on a truck; request assistance as needed.During load-ins, responsible for receiving all trucks in Sports and verifying all material shipped is accounted for.Ensure that the required material is onsite to load out each job (i.e., banding, plastic wrap, racks, etc.).Liaise with job leads and communicate needs for equipment.Pickup and deliver material to the compound, as opportunities allow; retrieve needed material from the jobsite to ensure it is loaded on the requested truck.Assist leads in distribution of material during periods of low loading and unloading; provide support to builds and tear downs as opportunities allow.Must be able to travel out of town overnight and be away from home for up to 90 days at a time.Must have and maintain a valid and current driver’s license.Experience in loading trucks.Comfortable using a tablet and accessing email and computer programs.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to operate a forklift.Ability to lift 75 pounds.Ability to climb ladders and stairs without assistance.Ability to work from heights.Ability to direct and manage 1-4 employees.Benefits:
