Director of First Impressions

Growing West Omaha Company is seeking a full time Director of First Impressions. In this role you will be the first impression to our clients and customers both in person and on the phone. Great role for someone who loves working with a fun, goal oriented team. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy greeting peopleAnswer multi line phone system, assist the customers or transfer to appropriate extensionFront desk receptionist role with additional administrative responsibilitiesProficient in Typing, Data Entry, Word, Excel, and OutlookMust be detail oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast pace environmentMonday - Friday daytime hoursInitiative to take on tasks during down timeMust be able to answer the phone with a “Smile”This is an excellent opportunity for someone who makes it their priority to serve customers and clients.
