We are looking for someone who thrives in a supporting role and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess the ability to multitask, problem solve, meet deadlines, support customers, and be detail oriented. We are looking for the newest team member who will contribute to the success of the yard.Requirements:

Cash handling register usage, and balancing tillsCollecting and processing tickets through all our departments
Recognizing and correcting any inaccuracies or inconsistencies
Overseeing paperwork flow for the entire yardProcessing MRM’s into Credit MemosPrepare depositsReconcile the daily transactionsPrepare COD transactions for final processing in accountingUpdating inventory in the computerMail delivery/pick up for all departmentsPhone interaction with customers & sales teamOrder store and operations suppliesOrganizing and cleaning officeOther duties and responsibilities as assignedRunning reports for open orders & investigateWe are looking for someone that understands our systems and procedures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in generating great results in paperwork, meeting deadlines, and be proficient in both Excel and Microsoft Word.About Us
