System Support Administrator

We are seeking a System Support Administrator with mainframe support experience for a contract to permanent position with our client, a leading health insurance organization in Nashville, TN. You will start your work date at 4:30am, 8-9 hour shifts/Monday-FridayDirect hire, W2 contract to permanent position, No C2C or 3rd party candidates, please.*This is a hybrid (2 days remote/3 days onsite) position in Nashville TN. Local candidates or those within a comfortable commuting distance to the Nashville TN office only.What you will do in this role:Provide system/production support and monitoring for applications, batch cycles, releases, projects, installations, etc. Participate in work sessions for system support and problem resolution. May provide coordination in workload transition tasks.Completing morning check-outs to ensure jobs and systems on the Mainframe are running smoothly.Responsible for investigating and resolving any Mainframe issues.
