This established and rapidly growing company, known for providing quality services and valuing employees, is looking for a talented, highly motivated Regional Business Developer with a track record of developing new profitable businesses.Grow the market share in the region developing new Landscape Maintenance, Snow Removal and Exterior Services long-term contracts with diverse commercial clients.

Create the plans and programs to be a high-performance business development Hunter who quickly identifies prospects, develops an active sales pipeline, creates new client relationships and successfully closes the sale.

Ability to meet with clients, walk the property and provide meaningful input for the company’s services tailored to that client’s specific property and needs.

Meet or exceed established goals, KPI’s with successful completion of the entire sales cycle with meaningful customer relationships, professional sales presentations, and seamless transition of customer relationship to operations with participation to resolve challenges if necessary.

Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing and Operations/Estimating to ensure effective market strategy, market segmentation and messaging along with timely completion of accurate, profitable estimates and professional client presentations.

Maintain current accurate information in CRM regarding sales pipeline, status of prospects, client meetings, contract scope, and estimates along with meaningful periodic reports.

Understand the current region market and industry trends, customers and competitors with early identification in recommending services and sales strategies incorporating customer needs, trends and opportunities and lending your expertise to the company.

Meaningful participation in external business development and prospecting activities to create demand, increase brand awareness and generate leads such as attending industry and client networking functions, association meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

Effective use of cutting-edge technology, CRM, and social media.

Demonstrate, communicate and promote customer service, best practices, accountability, integrity, ethics, performance, growth, profitability, corporate goals, corporate culture and the value of the workforce.

What you'll bring to the table:At least 5 years of successful regional business development experience with measurable, aggressive results and a track record of successfully establishing an active pipeline of qualified prospects, creating meaningful customer relationships, increasing demand and sales, and closing profitable contracts for landscape maintenance, snow removal, and exterior services in the commercial market.

Meaningful participation in associations such as CREW and BOMA.
