Job Summary:The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing nurture campaigns for our Cisco Security products. This role involves strategizing and executing email marketing programs that engage leads through their journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity, experience with email nurture marketing, and strong analytical skills to optimize and scale our programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Nurture Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive nurture programs for Cisco Security products, including email campaigns, content strategies, and engagement tactics.- Manage Free Trial Nurture: Oversee the free trial nurture program to ensure a smooth onboarding process, drive product adoption, and enhance user experience.- Segment and Target Audiences: Create and manage lead segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized and relevant content to different customer segments.- Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging materials, including emails, landing pages, and guides that resonate with trial users and nurtured leads.- Analyze and Report Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.- Optimize Campaigns: Continuously test and refine nurture programs based on performance data, user feedback, and industry best practices.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align nurture programs with broader business goals and strategies.- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity, marketing automation, and nurture tactics to ensure programs are cutting-edge and effective.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on nurture programs, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
Skills:- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and Cisco Security solutions.- Proven experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua HubSpot, Pardot).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance optimization.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
