OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

ZeroFox seeks a proactive, results-driven individual skilled in identifying new business opportunities with key decision-makers (CISO, CIO, CSO) and cultivating relationships with resellers. As our Regional Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in acquiring new logos from F1000 organizations and surpassing revenue targets. This position requires someone adept at acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships, prioritizing customer satisfaction, being prepared for frequent travel, and having a proven track record in complex cybersecurity sales. Role and responsibilities

Business Development: Actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities within the designated region to achieve revenue targetsRelationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutionsPipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline within the region, including accurately forecasting sales, prioritizing opportunities, and advancing deals through the sales processStrategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and maximize revenue growth within the regionMarket Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordinglyCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and deliver exceptional customer valueRequired qualifications and skills

Proven track record of successful B2B security sales within the Fortune 1000 segment over a minimum of 5-7+ years, including closing high-value deals and exceeding quotasCommitment to professionalism and integrity in executing a structured selling system that delivers a frictionless buying experienceDeep understanding of the security landscape, market trends, competitors, and challenges faced by Fortune 1000 companiesStrong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners, and resellersAbility to identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliancesForecasting, achieving, and maintaining sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annuallyCapacity to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to address client's unique requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition effectivelyProficiency in negotiation techniques to navigate complex sales cycles and secure favorable termsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, including frequent field visits and customer meetingsHigh level of self-motivation and initiative to meet sales quotas and seek opportunities for personal and professional developmentFlexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and internal prioritiesWillingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites, partner locations, and industry eventsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfactionDesired qualifications and skills
