This role involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Estimate and sell residential and commercial paint jobs.Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors.Provide in-person and virtual estimates.Ensure projects meet client needs, stay on schedule, and are within budget.Upsell additional services and generate project schedules.Address and resolve any project issues promptly.Promote That 1 Painter and build strategic relationships.Utilize company sales tools and maintain high customer satisfaction.Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking with the Owner.Qualifications:Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills.Independent worker in a fast-paced environment.Experience with lead generation and strategic relationships.Military experience preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Clean driving record and ability to travel within the territory.Prior home services sales experience preferred.Bilingual preferred.Must reside in Central Pennsylvania.Additional Information:Full-time, Monday-Friday (Saturday if needed)PTO, Holiday Pay, Company Truck ProvidedHealth Insurance BenefitsCompensation: $70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), BenefitsFor more details, visit That1Painter.com.
