Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Summary:

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, in the Americas Sales Operation team, you will provide operational support (including reporting, data analysis, performance metrics, and guidance on best practices) to our regional Sales team and be a key work partner to the Sales Leadership team. You will work closely with the field Sales team, our Customers, other Global Regional and Corporate Sales Ops teams, and Business Line/Support functions as needed. If you are energetic and results-oriented, with a passion for data, a sense of personal ownership, a solid business acumen, strong executive presentation skills, and a drive for excellence, you will fit in well.Job Requirements/Responsibilities:Support our regional Sales and Sales Leadership Team, interacting across most of our internal organization -- finance, supply chain, business operations -- in addition to external Customers. A successful candidate will be able to work across different teams and regions to deliver the best results.Understand the Role of Distribution in the Mass Market. Support sales by eliminating obstacles and enabling them to focus on winning new designs (projects) that maximize revenues and align with Company sales processes and objectives.Responsible for daily/weekly/quarterly analytics and reporting related to revenue, resales, inventory, and/or design wins. Heavy Model N, Excel skills, and business acumen required - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Power Query.Work with big data and discern the most efficient way to build/update/manipulate datasets for accurate and timely reporting. Translate data into actionable information.Data collection of revenue and design forecasts, market comments, and other business priorities. Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to continuously improve processes while minimizing distractions to the field team.Own key business activities while looking for areas to stretch and broaden your skill set. NXP encourages thoughtful risk-taking to drive continuous improvement.As a Senior Analyst, you are an experienced professional recognized as the subject matter expert in your field, receiving broad managerial direction with freedom to act within wide parameters to deliver effective results.Experience Required:Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering); Master's Degree in Business preferred.Strong business and industry acumen. 10+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing, supply chain, services, and/or sales. Recognized expert in your field with a proven track record of success.Data-driven, with strong attention to detail. Ability to translate data and concepts into clear and concise actionable plans in written, verbal, and presentation communications with key stakeholders.Self-motivated and accountable, adaptable to change in a highly multifaceted/exciting in-person and virtual work environment.
