Neurology -NEUROLOGIST - LAFAYETTE, INDIANA
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our team and meet the growing demands for Neurology services in the Lafayette, Indiana area. Our current practice includes one experienced physician covering both inpatient and outpatient services at our Crawfordsville and Lafayette locations. The ideal candidate will be seeking a general neurology position with the opportunity to subset specialize in multiple areas.Both inpatient and outpatient service:
Average outpatient volume: 12 – 18 patients per dayAverage inpatient consult volume: 5 – 12 patients per dayOutpatient clinic: Mon – Fri 8 AM – 5 PMInpatient consult coverage: 10 days per monthCall expectation of 1:2Practice locations: Crawfordsville and LafayetteCompensation and Benefits:Generous recruitment bonus program including relocation allowance; commencement and retention packagesPaid malpractice27 days of Permitted Time Off plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipendFull benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision, and legal insuranceRetirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation DisabilityOne year mentorship program for all new physiciansContact:
