We value diversity — in backgrounds and in experiences.About the Role:The Fieldguide Solutions Engineer is the primary solution lead with customers and prospects in all markets. This is a highly visible pre-sales role that relies heavily on the acquisition of new customers. You will facilitate product demonstrations, convey our value proposition, and advise customers on industry best practices.What You’ll Do:Effectively partner with Account Executives to understand prospect’s challenges and articulate Fieldguide’s value proposition.Build credibility with technical champions at the prospect company.Understand and help orchestrate all phases of the sales cycle.Increase sales velocity and contribute to closing deals.Manage organized discoveries to uncover customer needs and requirements.Present and demonstrate the product persuasively.Successfully manage customer questions and objections.Partner with Customer Success to enable complex onboardings.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design teams.Engage with product management to provide insights into customer needs.Provide leadership by creating content and trainings for key areas.Work with the extended team to ensure success and learning.Embody Fieldguide’s core leadership principles and cultural values.About You:5-7 years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise software implementation experience.Experience with product demonstrations to C-suite executives.Intrinsically motivated to exceed goals.Excellent speaking and presentation skills.Sales process experience, including knowledge of a leading CRM.Team player with a mission-first mindset.Preferred: Industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services.More about Fieldguide:Fearless - Inspire & break down seemingly impossible walls.Fast - Launch fast with excellence.Lovable - Deliver happiness & 11-star experiences.Owners - Execute & run the business with ownership.Win-win - Create mutual value & earn trust for life.Inclusive - Scale the best ideas with inclusive teams.Some of our benefits include:Competitive compensation with meaningful ownership.Unlimited PTO.401k.Wellness benefits, including free therapy sessions.Technology & Work from Home reimbursement.Flexible work schedules.Fieldguide’s Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits. The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 plus eligibility for equity.
