We have been scaling exponentially and we’re looking for our first full-time business data analyst to join our team!What You'll DoAs a part of HiOperator’s Operations team, you’ll play a key role in analyzing data to inform and support business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing operations data as well as creating and maintaining data reports/dashboards for both internal and external teams.We are a growth stage startup that operates very nimbly and you will be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution, reporting directly to our senior leadership team. Specific responsibilities will include:Assist with creating and managing existing data reporting pipelinesInterpret data and analyze results using statistical techniquesAcquire data from primary and secondary data sourcesWork closely with management to make informed, data-driven decisionsPerform additional ad-hoc data exploration projectsAbout YouHere are some of the qualifications we expect you’ll need to be successful in this role:Strong working knowledge of SQL and a modern data science programming language, such as R, Python or MatLabKnowledge of statistics and experience implementing statistical testsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely with all employees in an organizationExcited about rolling up your sleeves to get things doneStrong ownership mentality and enthusiasm for HiOperator's mission.You Can ExpectCompetitive pay, a highly diverse team at every level of the organization, numerous opportunities for professional growth, a dynamic, evolving environment, and a quantitative, data-driven organization.This is not a remote position, Dallas, TX only please.Job offers are contingent on a satisfactory background check as permitted by law.
