As the first dedicated systems hire, this person will partner with leadership and stakeholders across multiple functions to develop and deploy new functionality, and continuously improve our existing systems. As part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, this role will be critical to enabling AtoB’s scale through hypergrowth, balancing solving today’s needs with building in flexibility for future change and expansion. Success in this strategic role requires a strong desire to build relationships, understand the root of an end user’s challenge, and know how to apply technical expertise to arrive at the best solution.Responsibilities:
Own our full SFDC tech stack and roadmap by administering and advancing our existing systems, prioritizing and driving projects for new builds, and monitoring systems health as a whole.Design the overall architecture for our business systems to solve for today’s needs quickly but also retain flexibility for future change and growth.Gather requirements, evaluate solutions, design new processes and automation in close partnership with cross-functional partners: sales, Customer Success, support, Ops, finance, marketing, and more.Lead cross-functional implementation teams, build project plans, establish communication cadences, and manage deployments through to completion.Provide the voice of business systems in cross-functional projects that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications, including our product backend.Conduct testing and training for new systems and features as they launch.Manage configuration, documentation, and compliance for our current automation and design.Review requests and conduct troubleshooting to understand gaps with the current systems, or root causes of pain points / bugs, and implement proactive resolutions to solve.Build out a team to support our systems needs.What we are looking for:
7+ years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.By nature, you're a problem solver and excited to troubleshoot issues that impair our sales/support processes.Hands-on experience designing process automation, modeling data, integrating systems, and providing analytic applications for various business functions.Strong project management skills. Experience participating in and leading project teams that identify, plan, and implement business process improvements.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, demonstrating initiative as both an independent contributor and team member.Strong understanding of Sales processes and Salesforce application Administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, data security model, etc.).Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Able to connect the dots and conceptualize problems statements and solutions at a strategic level while bringing empathy for the end user.Passion for helping people, making a difference, and winning as a team are required for success.Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.Familiarity with Apex a plus.About AtoB
