Oct 1, 2021This Regional Medical Center in northwest Florida is seeking a board certified/board eligible Rheumatologist to take over an existing private practice which has served as the only rheumatology practice in the county. The practice is well established and has served the community for more than 20 years. The solo-practicing physician, who also serves as the medical director of our hospital's offsite inpatient rehab facility, is planning to retire in the next year and does not have a successor identified at this time. The patient mix is approximately 80% Rheumatology and 20% Internal Medicine. The practice's patient load is at full capacity and are not able to accept new patients at this time. They are currently turning away 6-8 new patients daily.Qualified Candidates:
Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and RheumatologyMust be a self-starter with a professional and positive attitudeIncentive/Benefits Package:
