Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and iterate on our product to continuously improve and meet their expectations.
Contribute to the company's strategic direction by actively participating in decision-making processes and providing valuable insights.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where you'll touch every aspect of the business, gaining invaluable experience and honing your skills.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar full-stack engineering role, with a proven ability to build products from 0 to 1.
A strong product mindset, demonstrating a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to create innovative solutions that address those needs.
A track record of shipping products and going through the full product development cycle, from writing the first line of code to placing the product in the hands of users and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Experience setting up and scaling the technology stack and development infrastructure from day one, ensuring that it evolves to support the company's growth.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to attract top technical talent and lead them effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
