The Vice President Sales, Distribution will be responsible for managing all aspects of the traditional, national account and commercial sales channels for the JELD-WEN Distribution Business UnitThe position will be a primary member within the distribution leadership team, and will be a key role in developing and implementing strategies and driving financial resultsEstablishes and implements sales strategies to support sales and profit growth within the assigned sales channels and across the JELD-WEN enterpriseDevelops annual sales plans and associated regional sales budgetsManages all sales team members and processesCultivates and fosters strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholdersAttends and participates in key trade and customer eventsTrains, mentors and motivates the sales teamCoaches and develops future leaders of the businessAbility to manage and plan multiple tasks / projects simultaneouslyChange Management Builds commitment and overcomes resistanceTravel to meetings, market visits, etcBenefits
