Gryphon Oakwood is seeking a Vice President of Operations
for a leading EPC contractor within the Solar Energy Market. The company is looking to grow its EPC division and is seeking an experienced individual who has managed and grown strong P/L accounts.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company's renewable energy operationsLeading teams on Commercial and Ground-Mount Solar Energy projectsManaging budgets and ensuring that the company's renewable energy operations are profitableOverseeing the day-to-day operations of all renewable energy projects, including construction, maintenance, and performance monitoringHolding safety as the number 1 priority and delivering projects on time and under budgetDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to travel to sites across the US
Qualifications:
Must have an Engineering Degree10+ years of experience in the Commercial and Ground-Mount Solar Energy space, with at least 5 years in a senior management roleExperience with building and directly managing teamsStrong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar and battery storageIf this role is of interest, please reach out to
