This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor with maximum potential for career growth and the ability to make an immediate impact on the success of our customers. Our ideal candidate has experience as Customer Success Manager in a SaaS startup environment and is located in Los Angeles as this position does have an in office requirement.Responsibilities:Establish relationships with assigned SMB customers to create success plans, ensure product adoption, and grow/retain business.Upsell new products and features to existing customers.Communicate with customers any new feature updates or changes to the Collectly product.Train new users on the Collectly platform.Work with the Engineering team to align product roadmap to the needs of customers.Conduct QBR's with main stakeholders of medium sized accounts.Leverage your relationships with customers to build case studies, be referrals, and write Collectly reviews.Lead the onboarding of new accounts.Requirements:Located in Los Angeles (Santa Monica office location)At least 1+ year of SaaS customer success or account management experience, preferably in a startup environmentCritical thinking skillsProven track record of success in a similar roleAdaptable team player who thrives in a fast paced environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityWhat We Offer:Unlimited PTO100% employer covered medical benefits (including vision and dental)401K with company matchStudent loan contributionsCompensation: $80K -$100K OTE depending on experience
