The pay range is $144,400.00 - $259,900.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. It’s crucial for the PDP to be intelligent enough to understand the customer’s needs and flexible enough to provide support to customers with the content and experience they need to navigate multiple types of purchase decisions.As a

Director Product Management – Product Detail Page | Confidence to Buy , you will set the overall strategic vision and introduce new capabilities to advance Target’s guest experience and elevate their purchase confidence. This critical role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Product Detail Page aligns with broader business strategies and uses customer feedback and data to optimize and continually improve the page. You will set and manage the product’s budget and financials, set the short- and long-term product goals, and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product owners while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams. You will be responsible for elevating your collective team’s performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution-related barriers for your teams.You will drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering time, as you lead highly complex work across multiple pyramids, with interrelated specialties. You will leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision-making, assess the health and effectiveness of your products and related P&L impacts, and deliver recommendations to key stakeholders.It will be critical that you possess an understanding of retail or similar areas, relevant technologies, and design principles in order to drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple pyramids within Target.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:Four-year degree or equivalent experience10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 6 years in B2C Product Management [frontend user experience preferably leading top of the funnel workstream]Prior experience and expertise in B2C eCommerce / eRetail or similarProven experience in product positioning, optimizing content on page for performance and driving revenuesData Centric with expertise on ecommerce metrics.Experience with back-end technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teamsStrong communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross-functionallyExpert at working in the agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomesAbility to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teamsThis position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
