Position: Litigation Associate Attorney - Newport Beach
Job DescriptionWe require a highly motivated litigation associate in our Newport Beach office to handle insurance and ERISA litigation matters. Our associates are consistently challenged with sophisticated litigation matters and meaningful opportunities in and out of the courtroom.The Scope Of Work Will Include:Client intakeClient communications, meet with clientsPreparing ERISA appeal letters, demand letters, pleadings, motions/briefs, etc.Legal researchCourt appearancesCourt of Appeal argumentsTake depositions and engage in discoveryAssist with trialsBenefits Include:Health insurance401K & Pension PlanPaid holidaysPaid vacationBar dues paidSalary and bonus depending on experience and performance.Company DescriptionWe are a small AV-rated insurance and ERISA litigation law firm with offices in California, with the main office in Newport Beach. We handle mostly disability, life, health, accidental death, long-term care, pension, and professional liability insurance claims for policyholders against insurance companies and employers who deny employment and insurance benefits.
