Responsibilities

T-Ads is looking for an experienced product manager that will be responsible for driving the vision, design, and product roadmap for our consumer media applications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ideal candidates will have experience handling mobile consumer apps or ad-tech products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap.This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your lead teams with Sales and BD teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, and supporting vendors.Own a complex, widely used, highly visible, consumer mobile product end-to-end.Partner with internal stakeholders and business Leadership to understand and execute strategy, identify and capture product opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines, ensure successful product delivery and meet revenue goals.Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new product features, improvements and updates.Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership, including regularly delivering product presentations and data-driven findings.Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences.Recognize and communicate technical challenges to partners and make educated trade-off decisions with teams, vendors and stakeholders concerning prioritization and timelines.Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to find opportunities for product innovation and improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.Advanced level understanding of customer experience.At least 18 years of age.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Agile Methodologies: Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.Solid understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development.Technical Writing: Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.Deep technical understanding of mobile app technologies and platforms as well as online and mobile advertising technologies.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Collaboration: Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.Product Management: Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.Communication: Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.This is a hybrid, in-office position. Minimum requirement is in-office 3 days a week.
