We are seeking a District Manager to lead a large growing Corporate Services foodservice portfolio of 20 different client sites in Northern and Southern California. This position will home office out of Northern California but will require travel to sites in both regions. This is a hands-on Senior Management position with active operations responsibilities and accountability, reporting to the Vice President of Operations and facilitating ongoing portfolio communication, standards, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will have:

Strong team development skills

Client relationship skills

Proven successful P&L management experience

Ability to coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline employees

Leadership in financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development

Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload

Experience working with clients and VP in areas relating to contract and account operations

Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors, and employees, including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Managers.

Qualifications:

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience: 7 years

Basic Functional Experience: 7 years
