2-4 yearsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a junior litigation associate attorney with experience in high-stakes litigation to join our ranks. A successful candidate will possess a strong academic record from a top law school; 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including, but not limited to, trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; federal or state supreme court clerkship (preferred); and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Success in this position requires a positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic.In addition to the above credentials, we are looking for someone who has experience with and possesses the following qualities:Established research and writing capabilitiesDrafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsTaken/defended depositions or prepared deposition outlines or witnessesExperienced in all phases of discoveryCommunicated with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and othersCollaborated across various teamsWho We AreBraunHagey & Borden LLP is a nationally recognized boutique law firm based in San Francisco and New York.
