We are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong passion for improving healthcare to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and customers to develop and maintain our data infrastructure, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our product roadmap and customer success.Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support the integration of various data sources into our platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions to address data-related challenges.Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.Optimize data processing and storage solutions to improve performance and reduce costs.Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes and systems.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and healthcare technology.Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide support, and help onboard new clients.Actively contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience).Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in the healthcare space.Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.).Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customers.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with healthcare data, including electronic health records (EHR), clinical trial data, or patient recruitment data.Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in the healthcare industry, such as HIPAA and GDPR.Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and building strong customer relationships.What We Offer
