As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling new business to Talent Acquisition leaders within large, enterprise technology companies.How you’ll contribute

Industry Expert:

This is an industry that requires education. You will need to be constantly upleveling yourself with what is going on in the market and how that could impact our customers.Account Mapping + Relationship Building:

Understand org structures and how buying decisions are made across your prospects.Drive Value:

While you will have a sales development rep working closely with you, it is your responsibility to convert your pipeline by adding value on your calls and in any touchpoint along the sales process.Ownership:

You will be one of the first Enterprise Account Executives, so there is an added level of responsibility to fully own your results.What you need

5+ years of sales experience2+ years of large mid-market or enterprise experienceAbility to meet or exceed one million dollars in revenue target per yearProven ability to generate new businessAbility to strongly influence decision makers at C and VP levelsExperience working with Salesforce or another CRM preferredExcellent understanding of sales process, forecasting and pipeline managementHR or Recruiting sales experience is strongly preferredWhat We Value
