This would be a great next step for a sales manager from a similar industryDuties and Responsibilities:
Manage the entire Business Development cycle from lead generation to closure.Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and drive the rigors of pipeline management.Attend industry events to promote Company’s offerings.Guide the marketing team on targeted marketing initiatives with the primary objective of lead generation.Prepare various sales reports with SVP’s input.Identify Service and domain adjacency and work with the management to create an expansion opportunity development plan.Sales channels development/Reps Strengths.Required Strengths:
Data analysis and reportingKnowledge of cable and harness assembly, molding, and box build assemblies.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint competencyIndustry knowledge and ability to evaluate markets and trends to guide sales.Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of (5) years of experience in Sales Management. This person will oversee 10 salespeople.
