As the Operations Manager for this team, you will be challenged to envision and execute on an experience that will carry our users through the journey of becoming an active and engaged photographer in a fast, easy, and intuitive way. Your impact on recruiting, onboarding, and making new photographers successful will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.What you'll do:Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our community of photographersManage photographer recruitment funnels to meet launch targetsWork closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products from scratchUnderstand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power Snappr's growthUtilize data to understand photographer behavior and areas for improvement in our photographer recruitment and communicationDevelop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completionHustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job doneWhat you'll need:Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken EnglishAt least 2 years of hyper-growth operations / online marketplace / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experienceDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects at your organization.Experience with creating and optimizing operational processesExceptional Excel / Google Sheets and data analytics skillsKnowledge in SQL highly preferredA 'let's get it done' mindsetA data-driven approach to decision-making and communicationsThe ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them wellSelf-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this roleJob benefits:Competitive salary (including performance pay)Equity ownership in the companyHMO (w/ dependents)Temporary work from home set-upAbout the team:Snappr is the largest on-demand marketplace for professional photography in the world.
