As an expert in cross-functional collaboration, you will leverage your experience leading complex programs to build scalable processes that set the team up for success and advance our technology, business, and regulatory objectives.You will:Help define effective processes, structures, and forums to deliver large-scale initiatives with significant cross-functional dependencies in a highly-regulated environment.Serve as a partner to leadership in prioritization and roadmapping, especially around Infrastructure, InfoSec, IT, Regulation, and Operations.Work closely with Product and Engineering to develop, test, and launch new products.Develop detailed project plans and establish regular reporting to manage cross-team tasks, highlight risks, and track progress of programs and key initiatives.Define, evaluate, and optimize Exchange policies and procedures to ensure they are appropriate, applicable, and current.Build tools and resources that create common ground and level up collective knowledge of key topics, including comprehensive project and process documentation.Promote a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.You are:An experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of partnering with a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders on creative, impactful solutions to complex coordination and collaboration problems.A dynamic thinker that is eager to learn new concepts and skills and apply them in unanticipated ways.Able to break down complex initiatives into manageable pieces, identify their dependencies, and build consensus on a path forward.Comfortable operating autonomously across multiple teams.A role model, coach, and mentor to others, with a passion for helping others succeed.An excellent written and verbal communicator that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.Detail- and data-oriented.We're looking for someone who has:2+ years of program management or project management experience.Experience managing shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control.Experience leading progressively complex, cross-functional projects involving both business & technical domains.Experience building tools and processes with outsized impact on the effectiveness of cross-functional teams.JIRA expertise and familiarity with Google Workspace products.Nice to haves:Financial services or fintech industry experience and an understanding of related products, services, features, and key regulations.Experience working closely with Infrastructure, InfoSec, IT, and/or Compliance functions.You already embrace Lean Startup methodology, experimentation, and feedback-oriented development.Benefits include:People.
