StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a large Anesthesia group to assist them with the recruitment of some additional CRNAs to join their team in the suburbs of Albuquerque, NM. You will enjoy the autonomy of working independently alongside the Anesthesiologists, practicing as a collaborative Anesthesiology team.Perks and Benefits:
Aggressive Compensation plan with total comp right around $300k +/- (ability to earn more if desired)$40k sign on bonus7 weeks of PTOIndependent Contractor (1099) statusPractice Highlights / Qualifications:
Independent, full-scope practiceTeam of 2 Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAsExcellent variety of cases with no OB, hearts, or headsCRNAs independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.Physicians are willing to mentor for blocks and linesNice quality of life with diluted call pool:Approximately 1 week of call (Mon - Thurs) every 8 to 9 weeks (post-call day guaranteed off)Approximately 1 weekend every 8 to 9 weeks (Monday after weekend call guaranteed off)Only 1 holiday per yearFor additional information about this opportunity, you may email
