Get To Know The Team:The Sales Executive role is with our Treasury and Securities Solutions group and is a direct sales quota carrying position, responsible for selling a portfolio of hosted and client installed technology solutions spanning the front, middle and back-office operations of bank prospects.

What You Will Get To Do:Leading a team of 3-4 Sales Executives while consistently exceeding revenue goals and sales targetsLeading by example and providing real time coaching by participating in and/or leading client and prospect meetings. This includes consistently meeting with VP and C-level clientsLead sales process from prospecting through close including lead generation, client meetings, qualification, RFP’s, workshops, proposal and contract negotiationProactively build/drive pipeline volume, accelerate sales cycle, manage forecasts and increase conversion ratiosDiligently track and manage all opportunities in CRMValidate client workflow and engage appropriate internal resources where necessaryFrequent prospect interaction through sales calls and onsite visitsMaintain strong product knowledge of the full Solutions suite and competitive offeringsCollaborate with relevant management resources to drive product and messaging strategies to differentiate our solutionsAcquire knowledge of prospect technology stacks, workflows, and internal structure (org chart, how decisions are made, and competing products)

What You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree along with experience in Financial Services5+ years of C-Level technology sales experienceExtensive network in the banking communityExcellent time management and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal skills along with a high level of professionalismSelf-starter with demonstrated track record of acquiring new businessExperienced negotiator and ability to work with legal and the business unit on contractsThorough understanding of institutional bank operations and technology solutionsUnderstanding of Foreign Exchange & Derivatives TradingKnowledge and/or experience in a Bank Capital Markets, Corporate Trust (including Issuing and Paying Agency), Treasury or Fixed Income Trading systemsKnowledge of Fixed Income accounting for bonds, funding instruments, collateral, MBS, CLOs, Swaps, etcExperience selling technology-based enterprise solutions and services to the front, middle and back offices of Banks and/or Broker DealersProven track record of achieving/exceeding financial goalsProven ability/process of accurate pipeline management from initial lead to closeAbility to work within a collaborative environment to achieve resultsWillingness for regular business travelExperience managing and mentoring a sales team

NY: Salary range for the position: $150,000 USD to $170,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
