We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead our B2B/Commercial pest control sales team. This person will be responsible for their own sales performance and help drive the performance of other AE's on the team. This is very much an OUTSIDE SALES POSITION - meaning it involves a good amount of onsite meetings, external prospecting, and lead hunting.Banner Pest Services is customer focused and employee driven. This person will be responsible for their own sales performance and help drive the performance of other AE's on the team.This is very much an OUTSIDE SALES POSITION - meaning it involves a good amount of onsite meetings, external prospecting, and lead hunting.Your main goal will be making and maintaining lasting relationships with commercial clients.You will learn how to locate and meet with business owners and managers of all sorts and find ways to provide a better pest control service for them.Generating and closing leads on our Commercial Sales Team. Some leads will come from internal marketing processes, some will be self-generated.Ensuring a smooth transition from sales team to customer service team so the customer is retained and happy with service.Qualifications

Previous experience in sales or customer service is required. Sales Leadership experience preferred.Branch II Field Rep license required. We will help you obtain this if you do not already have it; it's very easy to get.Excellent written and communication skills.High School Diploma required.Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV.Pass a background check.Driver's License (Required).Benefits

You will be paid on top of base salary for each and every contract you bring into the business.
