We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, oppositions, and investigations. This position does not require a background in litigation. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. West Coast preferred but other locations considered: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Walnut Creek, Seattle, Atlanta, Denver, New York, Washington DC, or the option to work remotely.
