I’m Chris, the co-founder & CEO and I was diagnosed with ADHD last year. I frustratingly hunted for a behavioral solution that would help me gain control over my life and goals—to no avail. You’re a design generalist with a keen eye for clean, engaging visual design, a strong product-thinking mindset, and strength in shipping experiences from ideas to high-fidelity mockups (e.g. Figma).You’re a self-starter. We are a small, nimble team and we don’t let anyone stop us from our goals. You treat challenges like gifts and make things happen when others give up.You’re obsessed with the customer. You love members raving about the feature you’ve designed, and you get off on the positive impact it’s had on their lives.You solve real problems. You live for solving real problems that will positively impact those who need it the most.You believe that profits and impact are not at odds with each other.(You have ADHD. Either you or someone close to you has ADHD. You deeply understand the ADHD brain and want to build products that help it thrive.)What You’ll Do
We’re building quickly, and it won’t be easy.You’ll be THE (only) designer. You will be the only design person. You can own everything from UX to UI to design. If you don’t know it, you’ll learn it. You’ll lead scoping and end-to-end design of new features to support members and coaches in our platform (iOS, Android, Web).You’ll strategize with us. The product experience is literally one of the most important things (and hardest things!) for us to get right. You’ll help us build the roadmap, prioritize, re-prioritize, and re-prioritize.You’ll talk to members and coaches: You’ll be in charge of both the web and mobile platform design. You’ll need a deep understanding of both how members use the app and how coaches do.You’ll drive our brand identity: You’ll own visual and graphic design for our brand identity, product marketing, and other external-facing communications. You’ll also maintain and build onto our growing design system, with the goal of creating scalable, reusable systems as our team grows.What We’ll Navigate Together
