Associate - Commercial Civil Litigation

BHGR is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, specific experience in construction litigation and employment a plus for our San Diego office. Preferred candidates will have experience across many facets of litigation, including legal research and writing, written discovery, electronic discovery, taking and defending depositions, PMK's, expert discovery, mediation, and trial.This is a hybrid position for our San Diego California office.
