Product Owner – 2 openings

Location: Boston, MA

Contract: 12-month contract in Boston, MA.

Experience:

3-5 years financial services experience in Reference Data Management.

Translates the vision and the roadmap into squad deliverables and release plans.

Manages the squad’s work:

Creates and refines the backlog with the squad to provide the right level of detail at the right time to achieve definition of ready (preparation for development).

Continuously accepts or rejects completed work, according to acceptance criteria.

Seeks feedback from stakeholders, clients and incorporates into future backlog items.

Brings the voice of the client (external/internal) into the squad and acts as voice of the squad.

Cultivates relationships with key stakeholders to maintain alignment to achieve objectives.

Evaluates shared issues, risks, and dependencies for resolution.

Incorporates and prioritizes technical work, as required, to deliver on release objectives.

Maximizes delivered value by evaluating implementation alternatives and considering impact of cost, schedule, and risk profiles.

Attends and participates in all squad and tribe meetings (e.g., Sprint events, QTR).

Effectively represents product vision to the squad.

Demonstrates accountability for end-to-end value delivery, including prioritization and delivery of highest value to customer.

Engages with stakeholders and clients and incorporates understanding into user stories, backlog, and delivery roadmap.

Understands the product and technology features, function, and needs for new enhancements.

Exhibits strong understanding of Enterprise Agile relevant frameworks and roles.

Prioritizes delivery roadmap based on direct customer need and feedback.

Drives creative and solution-oriented activity with all participants and stakeholders.

Understands and applies use of available tools (such as JIRA, PPM, etc.) for decision making and collaboration.

Job Insight:NOTE: All candidates presented must know that when hired for the role, they will initially work remotely due to COVID-19, but are expected to work onsite in the Boston, MA office once offices reopen.
