We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting initial outreach, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, so your communication and interpersonal skills should be top-notch.

This role is based in-office in San Francisco with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.Your Impact

Follow automated processes to outbound into accounts and leads.Follow the Sprig Pipeline Generation Playbook in order to set meetings, qualify prospects, and identify qualified opportunities for your AE to work.Identify and qualify new leads through targeted outreach and research.Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, working events, and social media.Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted messaging and campaigns.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota.Learn tech sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, and Challenger Sale.Your Strengths

1-2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.Familiarity with sales tools and technologies such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas and measurable goals.A team player who is willing to collaborate with colleagues across departments.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Benefits & Perks

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000 OTE + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
