We’re pioneering mobile energy storage technology, leveraging vertical integration and a software-enabled service model to deliver last-mile electrification for our customers and communities.What you’ll do:Manage setup and execution of internal and external testing activitiesResponsible for selection and definition of new test equipmentWork cross functionally with software, mechanical, electrical, and hardware organizationsBuild, manage, execute, and improve test and validation plansCollect and report test results to regulatory bodies and senior managementTransfer development test lessons learned to manufacturing and assist with test definition and setupSkills to be successful:Proven technical leadership through testing and validation programExtensive experience with testing of software, electrical, and mechanical componentsProficiency in data acquisition, analysis, and reporting technical detailsAbility to create and manage timelines and documentationCollaborate cross-functionallyComfortable delegating and tracking completion of tasking to scheduleTest stand setup and configuration experienceEquipment evaluation and selection experienceSalary range:
