We believe in the power of a public market that supports continuous success for all stakeholders, including employees, investors, and their communities.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential customers for our software platform.Outbound prospecting: cold calls and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities for account executives.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and being the first; a lot of building a business is finding answers that we might not already have!Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaboration with account executives you’re prospecting for.Help create and prioritize target account lists.Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.Evangelize LTSE Equity.Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity, and the Marketing team.Qualifications1-3 years of job experience, preferably in a sales or client-facing role.Proficient skills utilizing Hubspot, Zoominfo, LI Nav & Zoom.Start-up experience is a must, preferably from a FinTech space.Experience in working to sales targets, KPIs, or under time pressure would be a plus.Experience using modern prospecting, nurture, and pipeline technologies is needed in this role.Highly effective communication skills, with ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual who is goal-oriented.Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.You are obsessed with evangelizing to prospects and have a proactive approach to outbounding.Affinity with software and the software development process.Passionate about technology and learning more about the Founder journey.You share our values and work in accordance with those values.Benefits and CompensationDrive Innovation.
