About the Role
Bunkerhill is a Sequoia-backed company whose goal is to increase the adoption of AI in healthcare, in order to help doctors catch deadly diseases earlier. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the successful execution of multi-site AI development projects from conception to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, responsibilities, and resource allocation.Manage project risks and issues proactively.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.Coordinate with IT teams, clinical research managers, clinicians, and algorithm developers at academic medical centers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.Delegate tasks and provide support to team members.Identify and implement process improvements.Prepare and present project reports.Qualifications
Experience working in the healthcare or healthcare related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to scope.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in project management software.Company Information: Bunkerhill supports AI algorithm development projects between academic medical centers, then distributes those algorithms for clinical use at health systems across the US.
