The Account Executive will manage performance across a territory of Boost Mobile stores. You will work and consult with retail store owners on their business and ensure compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory. You will manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front line sales teams. You will get to build relationships throughout your territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance, and you'll serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores. This role includes a company vehicle.Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, training via role plays and side by side selling with sales representativesInspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail storesMaking daily calls to stores to help drive performanceReceiving calls as first point of contact to help resolve customer escalationsMaintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in territoryUsing local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distributionCommunication with store owners driving their business sales performanceImplementing plans to exceed sales quota across territoryMaintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and servicesSkills, Experience And Requirements
A successful Account Executive will have the following:Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelinesBachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high schoolFour years sales and/or account management experienceThree years training, relationship development, planning or business managementOne year selling wireless products or servicesContract or vendor relationship experienceMust adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environmentBe available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours; exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representativesMust demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work well individually and as a member of a teamPotential Total Compensation (Base + potential Commission):
$80,000 - $95,000 (The range above includes commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals)Salary Range
Compensation: $62,848.00/Year - $89,815.00/YearCompensation And Benefits
