Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunity in Northern New Mexico
Opportunity for a CRNA to join six full-time Anesthesiologists, fourteen CRNAs when fully staffed, and three Anesthesia Techs. Covered locations include main hospital facility and Outpatient Endoscopy Center.
Covered procedures include:
General
Acute Pain Service
Pre-op screening
Outpatient surgery
Neurosurgery
Trauma Anesthesia
Critical Care Medicine
Orthopedic
Pediatric
Obstetric
Thoracic Anesthesia
Ped/Adult Dental
OMFS
Anesthesiologists supervise CRNAs.
Minimum Requirements:
Successful Applicants must have New Mexico CRNA license upon hire and NBCRNA Certification.
12 hour shifts/call requirements; will consider new graduates.
Compensation:
Equitable pay system regardless of seniority. Competitive compensation with higher earning potential based on call coverage. Exempt employee at 230K W2 for 40 hrs/wk. Hourly rate for hours worked over 40. 8, 10, 24 hour shifts available (24hr shifts not required on a volunteer basis only). Call $24.15/hr from home; 2 hour minimum at $115/hr if called in. Extra Shift opportunity at $132.25/hr for extra shift in addition to regular worked hours with a 4 hour minimum.
Located in northern New Mexico in a community of approximately 50,000 people with a drawing area of 250,000, located 180 miles northwest of Albuquerque and 1 hour from Durango, CO.
