We are looking for a results-driven finance and operations manager to oversee and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the financial and operations manager will include managing accounting records, communicating with customers, following up on AR, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.Responsibilities:Preparing financial reports (with the assistance of a bookkeeper)Create and send invoices to customersManaging credit card data and subscriptionsAnalyze financial dataMonitoring internal controlsOverseeing and preparing income statementsParticipating in budgeting processesManaging financial transactionsStreamlining accounting functions and operationsDeveloping plans for financial growthEvaluating and managing riskCoordinating audit processesRequirements:Degree in Accounting or equivalentProven Experience in Financial ManagementGood communications skillsStrong leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of accounting fundamentalsAuditing experienceCompliance orientedProficiency in accounting softwareStrong analytical skillsAbout Canix
