Responsibilities of the Agile Team Coach:
Coach and guide new and existing Agile teams on Agile practices, methodology, and mindset.
Facilitate monthly assessments to document progress of assigned teams.
Conduct coaching sessions on such topics as story mapping/writing, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with management to effectively resolve issues and impediments to team success.
Requirements of the Agile Team Coach:
Extensive experience supporting large scale Agile transformations at the team level.
Scrum Master / Product Owner experience on multiple teams.
Background in technical product delivery.
Proven success delivering effective training.
Hands-on coaching experience in technical, product management, project management, or user experience.
Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
Ability to resolve impediments quickly.
