The Employee Management Platform team is responsible for building the system of record of the employee data that is at the core of the Rippling ecosystem. The products built by this team are responsible for capturing all changes to an employee's record, from the time they are hired into a company until the time they are offboarded. It’s also responsible for the propagation of changes to other Rippling products that may get affected by the changes to the record.As a manager of the team, you will be responsible for leading product development, hiring and mentoring engineers, setting the roadmap in collaboration with the product manager, and creating a process that scales with the team.What You'll Do:
