You will be an essential member of an innovative, highly collaborative agile development team which delivers innovative solutions for UKG’s customers.About The RoleCollaboration and Teamwork – Collaborating with teams across the EPIC organization and with other business stakeholders across UKG. Compromising, and leveraging each other's skills to achieve a task and drive value.Organizational / Customer Readiness: Provide resources and education for product users to be successful with new features in the product. Partner with internal stakeholders to make this successful.Stocks the product backlog with actionable user stories; Prioritizes requirements and evaluates trade-offs according to business value.Inspires and leads development teams to deliver on time with quality in a dynamic environment without management authority.Research industry trends and participate in customer meetings to identify customer needs, keeping customer empathy front and center.Participates in organizational and customer readiness activities for new product releases through the presentation of new features at knowledge transfer events.Acts as a product Subject Matter Expert across the organization and assists with troubleshooting escalated customer issues.Collaborates with leadership on identification and execution of process changes.QualificationsAbout YouBasic Qualifications:3+ years' experience in a Product Manager or Software/Product Business Analyst position in an Agile or Lean Software Development environment or 2+ years of proven project leadership experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences of increasingly senior levels. Ability to articulate the voice of the customer to product teams, the plan and progress of work to internal stakeholders, and current and planned functionality to customers.Ability to take full ownership of the assigned product.Ability to analyze facts and draw conclusions from these facts. Understanding of what questions to ask and how to best ask those questions to allow you to analyze, evaluate and synthesize the data to make well-informed decisions.Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex functional issues and synthesize innovative ideas. Create & document detailed requirements, use-cases, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams to consume.High degree of organizational skills and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsFunctional and technical knowledge of Time & Attendance and HCM products strongly desired.Completion of Pragmatic Marketing or Silicon Valley Product Group product training.The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
