Visit acams.org for more information.Opportunity at a GlanceWe are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong focus on business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that target both our business partners and end consumers (enterprise and individual members). Your role will be crucial in driving brand/product awareness, ecosystem adherence, driving products usage, and fostering strong relationships within our B2B and B2C networks.This position will report to the Global Director of Marketing (B2C/B2B2C).Responsibilities

Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively targets both business partners and end consumers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business partners, including account admins, training leaders, and key stakeholders within top accounts.Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop joint marketing initiatives.Create enablement materials, such as pitch decks and collateral, to help enable departments to onboard, train and engage different personas in the buying cycle.Support all marketing engagement services for a portfolio of enterprise and key strategic accounts, including omnichannel marketing strategy, marketing content, and campaigns.Utilize various marketing channels, including digital channels, advertising, social media, content marketing, and events to reach target audiences effectively.Analyze market or usage data and insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.Develop and manage the B2B2C marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different marketing initiatives.Track and analyze marketing campaigns performance metrics, provide regular reports to management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with Brand/Digital/B2B/Product Teams to produce high-quality regional and global content/design and sales/customer onboarding enablement assets.Serve as the front-line escalation point for operational issues and act as the liaison between Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations Teams for corporate-related projects.Qualifications

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (5+ years), with a strong focus on B2B2C marketing strategies.Experience developing campaign recommendations using qualitative and quantitative insights.Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Solid understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics, customer behavior, and market trends.Evidence of strong collaboration skills.Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and project management abilities.Salesforce (CRM), Eloqua (Automation), Drupal (CMS), and Monday.com experience required.Proficiency in customer marketing and expertise in B2B2C content creation.Excellent organizational skills, including project management, multitasking, and meticulous attention to details.Fluent Written and Spoken English.EEOWe are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
