You will coordinate team or group activities with CVS Health and vendor staff resources. You will provide guidance and direction to project teams and direct repartees on planning and execution of projects, technical and functional standards and practice, process and procedures, and career development. You will participate in annual budgeting, capital processes and quality improvement activities for the organization.

Responsible for Delivery Management, Resource Management, Vendor Management and Stakeholder Management.Below are some key activities expected from the role (not an exhaustive list):Ensure Projects / Programs follow the Safe Agile / Agile process.Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget and that the project delivers promised business functionality.Application / Systems are designed meeting coding standards, Medicaid rules and regulations, technical guidelines recommended by Technical leads, and meeting business requirements.Participate in Strategic Planning for the domain, and overall organization.Manage overall domain's budget and participate in monthly budgetary discussions.Interviewing and hiring the right candidates.Managing resources reporting to the role.Mentoring resources for success. Provide feedback regularly.Set yearly goals for resources and discuss regularly.Perform Mid year and Yearly evaluations.Ensure Team follows Medicaid Organization guidelines.Work with Vendor companies to get resources and other discussions.Meet Business and other Partners regularly and build relationships.Ensure roadblocks are removed to ensure Business continuity.Prepares and delivers professional presentations to management and business.Adhere to CVS values and code of Conduct.Required Qualifications8+ years of Information Technology experience with management and leadership responsibilities, leading large or multiple application teams to deliver projects and initiatives effectively.5 years mentoring and supervising resources; including onsite and offshore vendor relationships.8+ years experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building.EducationBachelors degree or equivalent experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
