As a Managed Print Account Executive, you are responsible for retaining and growing current accounts and for gaining new market share. In this role, you are supporting our sales team and working independently to provide expertise in this area to grow revenue and depth of services into existing and future accounts.What We Offer:Competitive compensation (hourly compensation and applicable overtime)Comprehensive benefits offerings (including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance)Retirement Plan – 401kPaid holidays, personal choice days, and paid time offA culture that offers flexibility and a healthy work-life balanceResponsibilities:Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities within our current client base and new businessEffectively present in front of internal groups, clients, and prospects our value propositionManage current clients with day-to-day needs and growth opportunitiesSustain benchmark activity levels; appointments, workflow assessments, proposals, and database updatesTele-prospect and field cold calling to acquire additional business from existing customers and prospective clientsTravel in local territory to local clients for onsite appointmentsConduct onsite walk-throughs at client's officesPut together current state analysis and proposal recommendations for clients and have appropriate business acumenContinuous education to become a world-class MPS SpecialistShare your knowledge with the sales teams you support on a daily basisGather data and actively listen to clients by using consultative methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areasComplete associated paperwork and data analysis following each customer contact in a timely, accurate, and legible mannerReport daily activity, including contact information, appointments set, follow-ups, etc. Maintain a monthly sales and activity quota.Skills & Qualifications:BS/BA degree in business or other related fieldExcellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OutlookExcellent organizational and attention to detail skillsPersonal drive and internal motivation toward high achievementAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environmentAbility to influence, negotiate, and gain commitment at all organizational levelsDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approachesWith Our Technology, Build Your Future at Xerox.
