Responsibilities

The team is missioned to ensure the safety of company-level big data products and compliance with local principals and regulations. We are adding privacy features to Apache's big data ecosystem (Spark, Hive, Presto), and building a world-class data security & privacy framework for big data tech stack. Your work will impact billions of users and bring "data for good" social values.

Key Responsibilities:Drive data warehouse architecture design, modeling and ETL development according to privacy compliance requirements.Participate in the privacy compliance governance of large-scale, complex data warehouse.Design and build data transformations efficiently and reliably for different purposes (e.g. reporting, growth analysis, multi-dimensional analysis).Establish solid design and best engineering practices.

QualificationsBS or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related technical field with at least 7 years of working experience.Proficient in data warehouse implementation methodology, experienced in working on data warehouse systems.Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, M/R, Hive, Spark, Presto, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse etc).Experience in performing data analysis, data ingestion and data integration.Solid communication and teamwork contribute to multi-functional teams.

Job Information:The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $389500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
